The Elizabethtown Independent School System works closely with our First Responders to provide safety and security to our students, teachers, and schools.

Our Elizabethtown Police Department provides 2 Full-Time School Resource Officers to ensure our schools are safe. School Resource Officers provide many services to our schools including classroom instruction through the DARE Program. The Elizabethtown Fire Department personnel are frequently in our schools conducting safety inspections. 

We are very blessed to have each one of these agencies by our side in helping our students and staff stay safe and strong.
