If you don’t have time to complete the application in one session, you can save your work and return to it later. Be sure you click SUBMIT at the end of the application before the posting deadline. Otherwise, your application will not be forwarded to us for consideration. You will receive a confirmation number, and your information will be saved allowing you to return at any time to submit additional applications. You will also receive a confirmation email that will confirm the submittal of your application. Please be sure and remember your username and password for use on future applications.
Certified Positions: Only applicants who hold the appropriate certification for a position will be considered for vacancies that are posted. Please read the job descriptions carefully to ensure that your certification meets the requirement for the position.
Instructional Assistants: The minimum requirements for these positions are (a) 48 college credit hours acquired through two years of study at an institution of higher education, (b) an associate’s degree or higher, or (c) successful achievement on the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment. Applicants failing to meet these requirements will not be considered for employment. Applicants needing to take the assessment should contact the Adult Education Center at 270-769-8866. (Study guides for the exam are available from the center, and it is highly recommended that these are reviewed prior to taking the test. Dates and times for the administration of the tests are scheduled by the center’s staff.)
Internal Applicants: If you are currently an employee of the Elizabethtown Independent Schools and a job is posted for which you wish to apply, please select ‘apply’ for the job.
